Duties
Assist bakers with preparing ingredients, and assembling baked goods in accordance with recipes and food safety standards
Help with food handling and packaging to ensure products are presented attractively and safely for sale or delivery
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, baking equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health regulations
Support food preparation activities for both baked items and other kitchen offerings, ensuring timely service during busy periods
Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold high standards of hygiene and quality throughout the baking process

Skills




Experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen environments within the food industry is highly desirable
Robust understanding of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Bakery experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for eager learners
Knowledge of packaging methods for baked goods to ensure freshness and quality during sale or delivery
