Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing complex accounting functions, assisting the Controller with financial record-keeping, budgeting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Utilize Netsuite ERP and QuickBooks software to record transactions, generate reports, and streamline financial workflows.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
Preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements.
Supervise bookkeeper's daily work tasks.
Other duties as assigned by the Controller.

Skills




Proven analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
Proficiency with accounting software platforms such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
Excellent attention to detail combined with solid organizational skills.
Robust knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting findings clearly, mandarin preferred.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
