We seek a highly motivated Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR and Compensation to join our consulting practice.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our clients’ transformation journeys, and focus on customer projects. You’ll work closely with our diverse, energetic team to deliver Oracle solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals. Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Core HR and Compensation business processes Hands-on configuration working with functional set up across Core HR and Compensation Research, design, and execution of the Oracle application through testing and implementation Working autonomously and collaborating with project teams Develop work plan, follow,



and deliver in line with Core HR and Compensation Implementation Roadmap and Methodology Provide inputs to the Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan and buy-in from key client stakeholders Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and working with the users to validate the solution Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules Experience and knowledge of HR and Compensation processes Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions Ability to work with the functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration Work Environment & Travel Remote-first position for U.Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
