Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Client office (Toronto) at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and document requirements for payment API integrations, MQ message queues, and file-based data feeds (ISO 20022 MT messages).
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT development teams to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements.
- Present solution designs, workflows, and project updates to stakeholders using PowerPoint and other presentation tools."
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must have Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in BSA preferable banking experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in payment systems, including SWIFT, FED, and ISO 20022.
- Strong SQL, data analytics, and reporting tool proficiency.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation capabilities with the ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Impact Analysis (IA) documents, Functional Specifications, and Interface Design documents.
- Expert level knowledge of technical integrations, including APIs, MQ message queues, and data feeds.
- CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
