Workday Payroll

Consultants work in partnership with clients and internal teams to ensure maximum value out of a client's Workday investment. The role is responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Workday Payroll module(s), understanding the client's business and requirements, and configuring, designing and delivering solutions that best fit client needs.

Payroll

Consultants drive high client satisfaction through building relationships with clients and delivering impeccable customer service. Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Payroll module(s). Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements.

Assist clients in testing Workday configuration, provide knowledge transfer to clients and develop documentation as applicable. Troubleshoot processes, data, calculated fields, reports, business logic, and configuration. Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs.

Collaborate effectively on team-based projects. Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively. Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients without supervision.

Frequently discuss and communicate to clients' lessons learned from previous experience, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's Point of View. Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues (ex: Q&A;, documented deliverables, facilitation of Workday knowledge sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices, etc). Meet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc).



3+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday. ~ Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security as well as developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields. ~ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. ~ presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc. ~ Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. ~ Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday. ~ Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables. ~ Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision. ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. ~ Ability to meet travel requirements (% Kognitiv is an Equal Opportunity Employer All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
