Skyline Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Project Coordinator for a Toronto-based developer-builder to work on their high‑rise condo projects. This role will be tasked with supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent while working on site.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 years minimum experience as Senior Project Coordinator on high‑rise condo projects with a mid‑large size GC or CM firm,
- Boots on the ground, not behind a desk exposure,
- Solid understanding is required of the shop drawing process in a high‑rise condo project setting,
- Familiarity with high‑rise condo construction schedules and scopes of work,
- Engineering & or university background,
- Ability to manage trades, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly and respectfully on site,
- Well organized and efficient at document management,




- Willingness to work across different project locations in the Toronto Area,
- Red Seal Carpentry or construction‑related education is an asset,
- Tech‑savvy and experience with Procore is required,
- Experience with contracts, change orders and tendering is an asset.
