Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Reliability Status, 10+ years of experience) to support reconciliation initiatives using project management frameworks and enterprise-wide stakeholder coordination

Join a high-visibility initiative supporting Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation planning within a complex public sector workplace.

This role provides strategic and practical project management support across VP-led workstreams, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

The engagement focuses on advancing reconciliation commitments through coordinated planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and enterprise delivery activities.

8-month Contract, Ottawa, Hybrid (2 days on site), Working Hours: EST

Must Haves
10+ years in project management supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders
Reliability Status clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance before contract start
Risk management, project planning, quarterly objectives, status reporting, and financial reporting delivery experience
Stakeholder management supporting VP-level leaders,



governance forums, and multiple workstreams
Education requirements not specified

Nice to Have
French language capability
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
Familiarity with Planview
Project Management certification such as PMI PMP
Experience supporting Indigenous relations, reconciliation, inclusion, sustainability, or corporate responsibility initiatives

Responsibilities
Support business leads in prioritizing and achieving project outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional work and stakeholder interactions across VP-led workstreams
Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines and milestones
Identify, assess, escalate, and support mitigation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
Manage project costs within Planview and provide forecasts and variance updates
Consolidate and align project information for executive and stakeholder updates
Facilitate planning and working sessions with cross-functional groups
