We are looking for a passionate and experienced bread baker to join our team! If you love working with dough, thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment, and have a desire to learn all aspects of baking, we would love to meet you!

Key responisbilities
Scaling, mixing, shaping and proofing bread doughs
Preparations of sticky buns and scones
Prep baking, including scaling, mixing and baking cakes, cookies, bars and muffins. Preparation of icings, fillings and dips.
Cake decorating
Greeting and assisting customers
Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, including dishes and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards

What we're looking for: A successful candidate will have:
Completion of secondary school
Completion of post secondary Baking and Pastry Arts program
Professional baking experience in a similar setting
A valid Food Safe certificate

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:
A friendly and positive attitude
The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail and common sense




The ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent communication and basic math skills
Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30kg
Punctuality and solid work ethic

Flexible schedule depending on shift needs ( shifts range between 4am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday)
