Key Responsibilities:
Process registerable assets for auctions
Collaborate with inspectors for VIN verification
Communicate effectively with consignors and sales staff
Track customer requests and proactively report concerns
Resolve issues related to customer accounts

Requirements:
In-person customer service experience preferred

Ability to learn new technology and software
Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
