What You’ll Do
Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with precision and pride
Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using the latest Ford technology
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Keep safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at the heart of every job
Communicate recommended repairs clearly with the service advisor team
Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
Collaborate with a skilled team that is passionate about vehicles and customer service
Keep your work area clean, organized, and secure





What We’re Looking For
Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician or equivalent qualification
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
A drive for continuous learning and improvement
Reliable, qualified, and team-focused attitude
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a busy service department
Valid driver’s licence
Ford or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
