In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining short-term rental properties to the highest standards. Duties
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
Inspect each property for damages or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly.
Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and windows are cleaned to enhance visual appeal.
Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Manage time efficiently to prepare multiple properties within scheduled turnaround times.




Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning status or special requests.

Experience
Prior experience in residential or hospitality cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no aspect of the property is overlooked.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or furniture.
Excellent communication skills for explicit reporting of issues or updates related to the properties.
Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
