You’ll help maintain the integrity of plan designs, and support eligibility requirements. Menu Management

Billings
Daily Mail /Manual Updates
File Transfers
Health Spending Accounts
SIN / Cert Cross Reference
Project Participation and Testing
Customer and Quality Service
Training and Support
Plan Design Maintenance (Amendments and Terminations)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Knowledge, skills, and experience:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage heavy workloads and consistently set priorities to meet and surpass service standards.
Problem Solving abilities however,



serious issues are brought to the attention of the Team Lead or Manager
Good understanding and knowledge of internal workings of department for training/backup purposes
Strong PC knowledge in standard applications: WORD, EXCEL.
Knowledge of Mike’s tool and able to competently manipulate data files
Initiative and self-motivated and supportive of Quality Assurance Program.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills, working independently bringing reliable issues to the Team Lead or Manager.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,732.50 per year
