Key Responsibilities
Provide reception and administrative support for program staff and clients.
Manage data collection and information systems for program evaluation and outcome measures.
Support organizational work for committees and planning duties related to Passport and Urgent Response.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Ministry directives.
Maintain a qualified appearance appropriate for a front-line reception role.
Demonstrate a skilled demeanor in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff.
Uphold the Centre’s values and standards of professionalism in daily conduct and communication.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (e.g., combination of diplomas, certificates, experience,
and/or coursework)
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to ensure effective and professional interaction with clients, staff, and external partners.
Robust aptitude with technology and computer programs.
Compassionate communication skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing addiction, mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, and marginalized communities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
