We're Hiring: Account Manager | Healthcare Communications

Location: Hybrid (Montreal) or Remote within Canada

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for healthcare marketing and client service? We're partnering with an innovative healthcare communications agency that's looking for someone to lead projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful work that helps improve healthcare outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Lead integrated marketing projects from kickoff to delivery
Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications
Develop project timelines, scopes, budgets, and estimates
Partner with creative, strategy, medical, and production teams
Guide projects through medical, legal, regulatory, and PAAB review processes
Mentor Account Coordinators and contribute to team success
Participate in strategic planning, brainstorming, and recent business initiatives

We're looking for someone with:
3+ years of account management or client service experience (healthcare/pharma agency experience strongly preferred)
PAAB and/or ASC experience
Experience managing multiple integrated marketing projects simultaneously




Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Understanding of budgets, estimates, and scope management
A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment

Bonus points if you have:
Experience supporting both HCP and DTC campaigns
Familiarity with AI or modern workflow tools that improve efficiency
