Microchip Technology is seeking a hands-on Principal Systems Validation Engineer experienced in SoC validation. This role focuses on developing, executing, and documenting tests to validate hardware performance. Key Responsibilities:
Integrate SoC hardware and firmware into system solutions
Develop and execute feature-level tests against design specs
Build and maintain validation infrastructure including test scripts

Requirements:
10 years of silicon/SoC validation experience
Robust programming skills in C/C++ and Python
Hands-on experience with high-speed test equipment
SoC system-level debug skills with firmware and hardware
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science
