Responsibilities
Assist experienced technicians with vehicle repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and modifications
Conduct heavy lifting of parts and components safely during repair processes
Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle parts as needed for diagnostics or repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times
Learn to interpret automotive schematics and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively

Skills




Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of vehicle systems and components
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment used in automotive repair
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair tasks
Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills
Familiarity with schematics, assembly processes, and maintenance procedures is advantageous
Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive attitude toward learning current skills
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
