In this newly created role, you will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and compliance for our Community Food Centre. With 22.5 hours a week, you will manage building systems, coordinate third-party services, and monitor safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage building operations and maintenance oversight
Perform minor repairs and monitor service contracts
Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial safety regulations
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Support documentation and budgeting for facility operations

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in facilities management
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Robust organizational and communication skills
