AI Quality Engineer – Guidewire

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Quality Engineer (AI QE) with robust Guidewire and Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain experience to support quality engineering, test automation, and AI-enabled testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter, along with solid automation, API, database, and CI/CD skills. Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-assisted testing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test strategies for Guidewire applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with Java and/or Python.
Test Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.




Perform REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman.
Validate backend data using SQL and database queries.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Leverage AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to use AI for test generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and regression optimization.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
Analyze defects, troubleshoot failures, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
