Duties
Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport from the first interaction
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues using data entry skills
Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs, upselling additional maintenance when appropriate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and communicate updates to customers
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications via phone and digital channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette




Assist customers in understanding service costs and payment options while promoting dealership services through effective sales techniques
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle histories with precision analysis skills

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles within the automotive industry or related fields
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance procedures, and upselling strategies is a plus
Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving our diverse customer base
