Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed information on recommended services
Write detailed repair orders, accurately documenting customer concerns and technician instructions
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Requirements
Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive service processes
Mechanical experience or automotive repair knowledge is essential for effective communication with technicians and customers
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Proven sales ability, including upselling services in a professional manner
Strong mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues in simple terms
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
