You will be responsible for resolving complex issues that have challenged our Level 1 support team, and will be part of a rotating team to provide after-hours support when needed. Be the expert advisor/point of contact for everything related to the XMSPRO suite (syndication and data transfer) at 360.Agency
Be familiar with all of our different XMSPRO suite platforms (Syndication and Data Transfer).
Review the various escalated tickets related to websites in order to document them and direct them to the appropriate teams.
Be the point of contact for discussions surrounding XMSPRO (Syndication and Data Transfer).
Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team,



while ensuring product quality after patches are deployed.
Work closely with our product support advisors and our customers as needed to understand their issues and questions in order to find solutions.
Support our installation team in setting up new XMSPRO (Syndication and Data Transfer)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software in order to provide independent support.
Document interactions in the Jira tool.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry or equivalent experience
Valuable knowledge of accounting related to automotive sales
Understanding of the sales process in a dealership
Understanding of the concepts surrounding inventory management
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
Analytical, who likes to get to the bottom of things
Passionate about process
Autonomous, eager to learn!
Ability to work under pressure and with leadership.
Excellent organizational skills / discipline
Very comfortable with IT tools
