Job Summary

Wheaton Surrey is currently seeking a full time Service Department Appointment Coordinator to work in our busy department with other outstanding staff members. We are located in the White rock/South Surrey area and have an awesome work environment. If you like to come to work where you enjoy being there, this is the shop for you.

Responsibilities The role of this very important position is to book our service technicians vehicles to work on each day both with existing customers and current ones as well. We also contact our customers to let them know when their vehicles are due for maintenance service, let them know of any service department specials or promotions from General Motors, tire companies or just our store.

Experience

What we need from the right candidate is a friendly outgoing manner, very organized, some marketing creative, and to be able to handle customers in distress when they may have a problem with their vehicle.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
