Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and confidently
Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
Manage parts inventory, locate required parts swiftly, and assist in ordering when necessary
Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Maintain detailed records of all service activities,



customer interactions, and sales transactions

Qualifications
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers of all backgrounds
Experience in sales or upselling to maximize service opportunities
Familiarity with automotive parts inventory management and cash handling procedures
Mechanical experience or familiarity with automotive systems is a valuable asset
