Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to support SDLC delivery and requirements lifecycle management across enterprise initiatives

This role partners with Project Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive requirements analysis, process modeling, and implementation support across multiple concurrent projects.

The position offers exposure to enterprise applications, system integrations, and governance-focused delivery within quick-paced technology settings.

Must Haves
10+ years in Business Analysis supporting SDLC delivery across multiple concurrent enterprise projects
Requirements elicitation, requirements lifecycle management, process modeling, and validation within complex environments
Agile, hybrid, or stage-gated delivery frameworks supporting enterprise applications and system integrations
Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have
Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain systems




Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, or integrations
Working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance considerations within business and system requirements

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end requirements activities from discovery and elicitation through validation, UAT, and implementation support
Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with scope, timelines, and delivery objectives
Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Develop process models, workflows, and supporting documentation for current and future state processes
Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams on solution scope and requirements
Manage requirements traceability, change control, and impact assessment throughout the lifecycle
Identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate security and compliance considerations into requirements
