We’re a family-owned and operated dealership looking for a driven and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and customer-focused service team.

What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customers in our service department
Schedule appointments, open and close repair orders, and communicate repair timelines
Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery
Process payments using a point-of-sale system and maintain accurate records and organized filing
Provide explicit, professional, and timely updates to customers about their vehicles
Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient paperwork and documentation system

What We’re Looking For:
A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Computer skills: Comfortable using Windows-based systems, Excel & Word
Some automotive knowledge is an asset




Ability to work well in a team environment and handle a fast-paced workflow
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday rotation every 3rd week: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
