The Assistant Automotive Service Manager assists the Shop Manager with the management and operation of the shop.

Excellent chance for advancement to more senior management position.

Greet customers and answer phones

Provide service information i.e pricing and estimates for services
Evaluate and assess vehicle repairs requirements.
Procuring parts.

Managing and organizing work flow/bay management

Prepare in-take paperwork.

Liaison with customers

Booking appointments and making follow-up calls
Process sales transactions and related tasks including Fleet invoices through Management companies.





Automotive experience necessary

.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Automotive service industry preferred. Knowledge of maintenance, tire-related and comprehensive mechanical service applications.
Strong retail sales and expense control ability.
Customer service orientation and a high level of skilled integrity.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle license.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
