Duties
Diagnose appliance issues by interpreting schematics and technical manuals to identify faulty components or systems
Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and HVAC units with precision and attention to detail
Conduct mechanical inspections and assemble or disassemble appliance parts as needed for repair or replacement
Utilize electrical experience to troubleshoot wiring, motors, switches, and control boards effectively
Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience
Maintain accurate service records,



including detailed reports of repairs performed and parts used
Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair procedures to ensure a secure working environment

Qualifications
Proven electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring diagrams and schematics
Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience in appliance repair or related technical fields such as HVAC is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately
Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance components
Prior experience with HVAC systems is a plus but not required
