Duties
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant or venue operations, ensuring all processes run seamlessly
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist with training staff on hospitality best practices, customer service excellence, and guest engagement techniques
Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return
Manage cash handling procedures accurately during shifts, including opening and closing registers
Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements,



and special event setups to optimize guest flow and experience
Monitor cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations to uphold our high-quality environment

Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles with a focus on guest satisfaction
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and staff alike
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservation systems and service protocols is preferred
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
