Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
The successful candidate analyzes information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams through implementation and organizational adoption. The candidate applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments, including, but not limited to Agentic AI.
We’re looking for someone to join our team who is an early adopter, excited about transformation, follows curiosity when approaching new challenges and is a self-starter.
What will you do?
Elicit and analyze Business requirements and create documentation such as current and future state business process, user stories, data mappings and catalogues, business rules, use cases and user interface design.
Contribute to requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out priorities and meet quarterly and annual business objectives.
Work collaboratively with our business partners and stakeholders from multiple IT teams (i.e. source systems, data science, software development, architecture, support, etc.).
Analyze and review different options for data integration and provide recommendations on the solution; such as assessing and defining materiality of data quality issues and possible impact to project objectives.
Contribute to data model and system architecture decisions
Contribute to business decision making using domain knowledge
Incorporate enterprise standard requirements methodology in requirements planning, analysis and documentation.
Prepare requirements for review; applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign off sessions
Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, and testing through validation to implementation
Demonstrated early adopter, curious mindset and self-starter
Comfortable working with SDLC and AI DLC as well as other traditional methodologies
Communicate the impact of changes through cost-benefit analysis taking into consideration time, effort, and business priorities when required
Resolve conflicts/issues on behalf of BSA team and **escalate** as required
Support QA in development of the Functional System test cases and test plans, ensuring coverage
Validate that Functional System test plan and test cases have full coverage of the critical requirements
Support Design and Development activities by providing requirements clarifications and refinements
Support User Acceptance Testing and Production Implementation Verification activities including planning, defect triage, and root‑cause analysis for requirements-related issues
Support the development of the end‑user documentation and training when required
Communicate effectively, written and verbal, to various audiences (technical and non‑technical)
Demonstrated experience using Agentic AI, understanding of LLM and ML practices.
Uses AI to increase productivity and efficiency and process optimization
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have:
Strong business communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Advanced problem solving skills and technical acumen
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile and AI DLC
Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
Requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys;
Requirements analysis and documentation: - Scope Modelling, Business Process Modelling, Use Cases and Scenarios, Data Requirements
Business Rules Analysis and Decision Modelling
User Interface Design
Non‑Functional requirements
User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping
Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
Validation of AI models
Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management
Nice to Have:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification
Strong knowledge of fundamental data concepts (for example, but not limited to groups, hierarchies, data structures).
Experience working with ML or AI tools
Audit domain knowledge
