A Montessori certificate is not mandatory, but a love for hands on learning, respect for all humans and a receptive attitude are. We offer Montessori education to children 12 months-school age across two campuses. We have toddler and pre‑k classes in Cobble Hill, and pre‑k and elementary classes in Cowichan Station.
Are you an educator that enjoys guiding their students through practical life experiences? Are you an educator that can make a presentation and then let the children use the materials and self correct their mistakes? Are you valuable at observing and seeing what your students need? Can you encourage independence from even the youngest students?
