Become a key driver of youth empowerment as a Workshop Facilitator for the YMCA of Greater Toronto. This full time role focuses on community outreach and mentorship for Black youth in Scarborough, made vibrant through engaging workshops.

In this contractual position, you will leverage your community engagement skills to further the Black Achievers initiative. This program emphasizes academic and social development for Black young people, connecting them with professional role models. You will play a pivotal role in program delivery and mentor recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain engaging workshop materials
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions
• Document workshop attendance and handle confidential data




• Assist with outreach and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with team on participant progress

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of group facilitation experience
• University degree or college diploma preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with community resources and education systems
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
