At LJ, we are seeking a dedicated Journeyperson Millwright to ensure the seamless operation of our rental fleet and customer equipment. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and repairing equipment, ensuring quality assurances are met in every task. Your expertise will support both shop and on-site repairs while training current staff and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, document, and repair rental fleet and customer equipment
• Clean and refurbish equipment through various methods




• Maintain quality assurance standards and perform inspections
• Organize tools, parts, and inventory efficiently
• Train new staff and support team members

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Millwright certificate or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
