As a key leader, you will oversee the stability and cost efficiency of our data platform. Your responsibilities will focus on automation, operational excellence, and ensuring that data pipelines meet business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering and Business Operations to enhance operational standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational stability of data pipelines and ingestion frameworks
• Drive automation to reduce manual processes in data operations
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs on GCP




• Design CI/CD frameworks for data pipelines and ML workflows
• Partner with teams to achieve reliability targets and platform adoption

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field or related area
• Solid experience in Data Engineering or DevOps, preferably in GCP
• Expertise in data pipeline orchestration and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of distributed data processing and architecture
• Proactive in identifying risks and driving improvements
