As a vital member of the management team, you will oversee your design staff, ensuring effective task distribution based on skill sets. Your responsibilities include workload forecasting, training staff in the design process, and representing Introba at various industry meetings. Your leadership will enhance productivity and quality control across the whole design team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff performance and design team accountability
• Conduct regular meetings to address team issues
• Forecast workloads for new projects




• Train team members in the design process
• Ensure quality control and adherence to standards

Requirements:
• 6+ years HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design experience
• 5-10 years mechanical site inspection experience
• Familiarity with BC Building Code essential
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Professional Engineer or equivalent designation required
