As a vital member of the management team, you will oversee your design staff, ensuring effective task distribution based on skill sets. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff performance and design team accountability
• Conduct regular meetings to address team issues
• Forecast workloads for new projects
• Train team members in the design process
• Ensure quality control and adherence to standards
Requirements:
• 6+ years HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design experience
• 5-10 years mechanical site inspection experience
• Familiarity with BC Building Code essential
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Professional Engineer or equivalent designation required
