Make a difference as a Wellness Manager with the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario at the John Island Camp. This full time contract role focuses on camper health, safety, and wellness during their stay.

As a Wellness Manager, you'll supervise the overall well-being of campers and staff, conducting wellness check-ins and managing medical situations. You will administer medications, provide primary care, and ensure a safe camp environment while addressing the needs of young campers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct wellness check-ins with parents and campers
• Assess health needs and provide care to ill campers
• Safely organize and distribute camper medications
• Maintain stocked first aid kits for prompt response
• Complete daily rounds to monitor camper well-being

Requirements:
• Three years in a nursing program or equivalent experience
• Experience in medication administration and primary care
• Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Current Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector screening
