The Project Manager - Low-rise Rough-ins is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects within budget while adhering to deadlines from Roof plywood to Drywall stages . This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan with and understanding of the planning and approvals process.
Our client is a nationally established residential Developer that has experience building landmark projects around the across Canada.
Description Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and associated communications documents.
Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants; liaise with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within and/or outside the organization.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Profile Minimum 10-15 years of relevant full cycle or rough-in stages for low-rise residential experience in a Construction environment.
Ideally worked with Developers, in and self-performing builders understanding how to bring a project from Roof plywood to drywall stages including; SPA, working drawings to starting the project and building themselves
Experience managing multiple large construction contracts involving consultants, construction firms and general contractors.
Solid background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements
Knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Additional duties, as required
Job Offer $100,000- $135,000 base salary plus bonus
