Job Title: Technical Analyst

Location : Saint John, NB

Job Type: Full time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage: $23.00-$28.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be aiding in installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices.

Key Responsibilities:
Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
Documentation of tasks and apps installed
Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
Assign devices to users via Intune

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is an asset
1+ years of experience in a technical analyst, desk side support, or similar role.
Experience with Intune is an asset
Experience with installing operating systems via Auto Pilot is a definite asset
Basic understanding of Active Directory, Intune, and Network tools
