We are looking for a Store Manager at our Stone Road Mall, GuelphRetail Salon!

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience

Coach, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals

Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning

Ensure the salon is clean, well‑stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards

Build robust relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences

Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement

Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members

Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience

Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations

Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting

Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customerexperiences

Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills

Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment

Reliable, accountable, and solution‑oriented leadership style

Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programsFlexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends

Salon experience is considered an asset
