We're looking for a motivated 1st Year Cladding Installer to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta area. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the construction trades.
Responsibilities Assist with the installation of exterior cladding systems (metal, composite, etc.)
Measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
Work alongside experienced installers and learn industry best practices
Assist with material handling and equipment setup
Requirements Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license is an asset




Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
Must be reliable and punctual
