This position reports to the Support Services Manager and involves supervising cleaning staff. You will ensure high sanitation standards, engage in staff training, and maintain inventory control. You will also monitor cleaning practices and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe atmosphere for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise routine and special cleaning tasks across the community
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and chemical usage
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards for all areas




• Perform audits and establish action plans for deficiencies
• Promote positive communication among staff and residents

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• 1-2 years of housekeeping leadership experience
• WHMIS Certificate and First Aid Certificate preferred
• Knowledge of floor care and cleaning procedures
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
