The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda region seeks a Direct Support Worker for Bethany Home, a protected residential setting for female youth in crisis. You will provide emotional, psychological and physical support, administer individual counselling, and help residents progress toward reintegration into the community.
You will follow ministry case plans, maintain accurate logs, ensure meals and safety, and collaborate with staff, social workers and partners.
