This critical role, reporting to the Director of Care, impacts the daily lives of residents. You will ensure that nursing and personal care aligns with policies as well as residents' care plans. Utilizing your skills in communication and teamwork, create a welcoming environment while supervising support staff and overseeing resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to established policies
• Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care
• Create a supportive environment through teamwork




• Oversee resident care and communicate with families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in positive standing
• Experience in Geriatrics or senior health preferred
• Strong judgment and risk identification skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check
