Join Nine Circles as a Full-Time HIV Primary Care Nurse, focusing on specialized nursing for at-risk populations. Deliver comprehensive health assessments, education, and urgent care in a supportive environment.
Under the direction of the Director of Primary Care, this role emphasizes case management for HIV-infected and at-risk individuals. As part of a full time role working 77.50 hours biweekly, you will provide essential support through sexual health examinations and chronic disease education. Your contributions will promote health and wellbeing within diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive health care assessments and sexual health exams
• Support health promotion and chronic disease education
• Provide urgent triage services as needed
• Manage ongoing cases for HIV-infected individuals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective care
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Nursing or relevant clinical experience
• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
• Considered an asset: RN Authorized Prescriber designation
• Commitment to serving diverse populations effectively
