The Direct Response Manager (DRM-AG) is pivotal in developing effective annual fundraising strategies at SFU. This role requires expertise in direct mail, online marketing, and donor relations, along with experience in project management. You'll implement diverse campaigns and stewardship activities designed to enhance engagement and impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual fundraising programs
• Implement direct response campaigns across various channels
• Oversee online marketing, social media, and video content




• Cultivate relationships with annual and leadership donors
• Manage content creation for direct mail and peer-to-peer appeals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of fundraising experience
• Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Blackbaud
• Robust skills in email marketing and direct mail strategies
• Excellent data management and reporting abilities
