Silver Hotel Group seeks a Cook 1 for Union Hotel, a boutique property opening Fall 2026, in Toronto. You will lead an assigned station, prepare high-quality dishes, and mentor junior cooks. The role requires cooking across a full kitchen, ensuring timely service and strict recipe adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in upscale restaurants, plus Food Safety (and Red Seal preferred). Flexibility for lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends, is essential.
