We are looking to hire a part-time Front Desk Receptionist (floater) to support a busy and expanding healthcare clinic in Stouffville, conveniently located near the Stouffville GO Station on Main Street. This role begins at $18.30 per hour, with opportunities to take on extra shifts and potential wage increases as the clinic continues to grow and based on individual performance.

This position is well suited for someone dependable with a versatile schedule, and comfortable working a combination of daytime and evening hours. In this floater role, you will assist with covering a variety of shifts while helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently and that every patient receives a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients warmly and assisting with check-ins, inquiries, and general front desk support
Coordinating and managing appointments to maintain an organized daily schedule
Collecting and maintaining patient information,



including intake forms, referrals, and documentation
Confirming insurance details and assisting with approvals when needed
Keeping patient records accurate and up to date, including files and correspondence
Communicating effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and external contacts by phone, email, and in person
Adhering to all privacy and confidentiality policies regarding patient information
Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and fully stocked
Participating in training sessions and staff meetings as required
Providing administrative assistance and supporting additional duties as needed
