Accountable for ensuring company strategy is in compliance with regulation - works with corporate to identify risks and opportunitiesResponsible for the review of and adherence to Control PoliciesResponsible for the communication, execution and education of the control policies within the organization - lead point of contact for the education of functional leadersProvide support to the business to ensure consistency with Group accounting policies and relevant generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Support various ad hoc requests from the business (e.G. Public Affairs, Treasury, Internal Audit, Sales, Distribution, etc.)Responsible for ensuring continued compliance with/reporting of internal control policies/requirements and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)Liaising with internal and external auditors to provide support for internal controls and SOX assessments, to address any internal audit issues that have been noted, and to provide/implement process improvement suggestions if applicableInvolved in the design,



testing and implementation of internal controls as part of the implementation of a current ERP systemJob Qualifications
3–4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or internal controlsCPA designation (or in progress) strongly preferredHands‑on experience with SOX compliance and internal controls testing/design, including exposure to audit processesProven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholders, with strong organization and self‑starter mindsetEqual Chance Employer
