Performance Test Engineer LoadRunner Work Model: Hybrid 2 days per week in office Primary Skill LoadRunner Role Description We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with robust hands-on experience in LoadRunner to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience across different performance testing methodologies, protocols, performance analysis, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities Analyze non-functional requirements and define performance testing strategies aligned with application objectives.

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, and Analysis).

Create workload models and simulate real-world user load scenarios.

Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance/Soak, Scalability, and Capacity testing.

Develop performance test scripts for Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services,



REST/SOAP APIs, TruClient, and other supported protocols.

Execute performance tests and monitor application behavior under varying load conditions.

Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.

Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams on performance tuning and optimization.

Prepare performance test reports with findings, recommendations, and improvement plans.

Implement performance test automation and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Support performance testing activities within Agile development settings.
