Enhance institutional client relationships as a Client Account Manager with J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Develop deep understanding of client needs across diverse asset classes and ensure exceptional service delivery.

In this role, you will serve as the primary service contact for assigned institutional clients, providing tailored support under the guidance of Senior Client Account Managers. Collaborate with colleagues in Institutional Sales and Investment Specialists to create dedicated service teams for key strategic clients. Your focus will be on effective onboarding processes and maintaining excellent client communications throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day client service for assigned institutional clients
• Manage client onboarding, including legal contract negotiations




• Communicate regulatory changes to clients and stakeholders
• Attend client meetings and due diligence sessions
• Maintain comprehensive client records and follow up on invoices

Requirements:
• Experience in asset management with institutional clients
• Bachelor's degree required
• Bilingual proficiency in English/French essential
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Solid understanding of multi-asset solutions and alternative investments
