In this full time role, you will spearhead multiple large-scale projects aimed at optimizing services across the Cancer Program. Your expertise in project management, change management, and strategic planning will be crucial in coordinating initiatives that support the establishment of a comprehensive Acute Leukemia site, ensuring high standards of care. Building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project coordination and execution for hematology initiatives
• Translate strategic plans into actionable project initiatives




• Collaborate with HRCC Leadership to achieve objectives
• Facilitate clinical and operational team integration
• Develop communication strategies to support project adoption

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in complex project coordination
• Proven skills in strategic planning and change management
• Familiarity with oncology and regional health systems
• Exceptional relationship-building and facilitation skills
